Collins Grill Menu
Our menu is house-made and chalkboard presented to allow for daily changes. We have a multi-cultural cuisine featuring small plates of grass-fed meats, sustainable seafood, and organic vegetarian dishes. We do accommodate people with most food allergies. You can expect a variety of salads, soups, appetizers, and signature cocktails.
